Boulangerie Haas

The Haas Bakery was established in 2008 in Colombier by Mr. Edouard Haas and his wife Patricia. Edouard, an artisan baker and a member of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Bon Pain, expanded their venture by opening a new bakery in Bière in 2010. Building on this success, a third bakery was inaugurated in Echichens in 2014, followed by a fourth in Lausanne in 2018, and a fifth at Grand-Rue 2 in Morges in 2019. Currently, 15 dedicated employees channel their passion to serve you.

Numerous businesses in the region now rely on us. We proudly supply our breads, croissants, chocolate rolls, and more to the Pied du Mont-Tendre grocery store in Montricher and the grocery store in Villars-sous-Yens.
